Training the Trainer
How long is your average delay between hiring a new recruit and securing the statutory safeguarding training the need?
Do you struggle to find training spaces when and where you need them?
Are you flinching at the recurring cost of this compulsory training?
Maybe you’ve been waiting for the Local Authority training dates to be released, only to find out that it’s not free anymore.
Having your own in-house trainer who can deliver these courses for you, whenever and wherever you need them, will save you time, money and hassle.
Your own in-house trainer will be able to:
- Tailor the training they deliver to meet the needs of your company.
- Run courses on dates that suit you.
Our Training The Trainer course will give your staff member the skills and experience they need to deliver statutory safeguarding within your organisation.
During the one-day course we cover :
- Basic presentation
- Use of a flipchart
- Engaging attendees
- Common barriers to learning
- Giving feedback
Delegates atteending this course must have at least 2 years experience in a child protection role and be trained to DSO level as a minimum.
Please contact Kate at email@example.com or 07502907157 if you have a question about whether you meet the requirements of the role.
This course is ideal for teachers, coaching staff and those from an educational/training background as it builds on existing knowledge and skills. It is also ideal as a refresher course for trainers returning to the field.
